I wouldn't be able to tell you for sure, but from his bio on the site, word for word; "Insofar as family goes, he never knew his father, but is very close to his mother and older brother. He has been living at the Oron Academy of Magic since he was a young child."

Oops, i didn't see that. thanks

Yup-yup~
AuroraDragonKaya- 02-23-2007
Awe, thank you very much, Godhand! ^_^ <3
Yes, Raamah does have a family. He's very close to his older brother. Additionally, his mother remarried after he went to the academy, so he has a stepfather and several step siblings. He's not as close, as he's spent most of his life at the Academy and they don't have time/money to make the journey to visit, but he still cares for them as well. :3 (No 'evil stepparent/stepsisters/stepbrothers syndrome, heh)
He never knew his father, who disappeared sometime before he was born, and the most he hears about him comes from his older brother or mother.
Hope that answers your question! ^.^

Just wondering, but when an Apprentice becomes a Journeyperson do they continue to wear their school's uniform to declare where they had studied at? Or not?
AuroraDragonKaya- 02-23-2007
Yes, they do continue to wear their uniforms, with the sash added. :3
Even Adepts may continue to wear the uniform, or more often clothing inspired by it (it does bare quite a lot of affection, and on top of that is usually a matter of pride.)
Zigren- 02-23-2007
Yeah, totally understandable, if you've had a school be your home since you were six, you'd probably still want to show your affiliated with them.
AuroraDragonKaya- 02-23-2007
Not to mention that all the schools have quite a bit of pride. ;3
Zigren- 02-23-2007
Yeah, I can imagine they're quite competitive as well.
Also, are the sashes worn with the Apprentice belts? oO; That'd be a lot of accessories to keep track of.
AuroraDragonKaya- 02-23-2007
Depends on the person. XD Usually, no, the belts get tossed, heh.
Zigren- 02-23-2007
Poor forgotten belts. Although knowing me I'd probably butcher them and turn them into bracelets and/or a necklace xD *does badly with the whole 'throwing stuff away' ideal*
AuroraDragonKaya- 02-23-2007
XD Hey, its a good idea. There's nothing wrong with holding onto stuff. :o
...**total packrat**
Zigren- 02-23-2007
Yeah! And once it breaks THEN you can throw it away! (Unless of course you can fashion it into something else.)
Spiritwolf- 02-23-2007
yall are pack rats too? i still have stuff from when i was 3 and still don't want to get rid of it! i think to myself that i'll give it to my kid when i have one some day.
Spiritwolf- 02-23-2007
