Wood shrapnel certainly caused a lot of deaths... (And I wouldn't be surprised if thats how an eye was lost at least once) But the switching eye patches is still handy for instant night vision. (Try it! It works!)

xD Will do. What I like to do is go into the bathroom turn the light on, cover one eye with my hand and then move it and watch it get smaller @_@;

and plus, if you lost an eye, just buy a glass one, which can be cool. my uncles friend lost his eye and now has a glass eye that has a smiley face where the iris should be

That's both awesome and sad. ^.^;; ...my vision is definitely my most precious sense, even more so then touch (though rarely is a loss of touch ever experienced, thankfully) I'd hate to loose sight from even one eye, though my vision is already terrible. ><

yeah, and the problem is, the eye he lost was his good eye, the other eye is blind

Wow. Talk about ironic... And a bit tragic. My uncle lost one of his eyes in a skiing acciadent (a snowboarder rammed him into a tree, then sped away), and now he has a glass one. Every now and then, jokes surface about him pouring drinks or something of the like. Depth perception is a good thing. Heh.

Hmm, well it did say this was the introduction thread so I can't have gotten to far off track. Then again there has been talk of lost sight. Makes me feel rather at home, really, since I'm loosing sight in my right eye. Blinders Anon, eat your heart out. ^_^ Hullo there, name's Jen but seeing as how banal real names are these days, online and offline - you'd be surprised - I usually go by Atrophied (Atro) or Ryougetsu. I enjoy them both equally but considering Atro just sends out all sorts of clever little dark waves I though Ryou might be far more appropriate. Then again, I've never been one for propriety in favor of lost fun. Good times, my friends, good times. And if that wasn't confusing enough, I'm here. Fightening, no? =D I actually found this comic through a few links from my favorite reads and thought to give T&L a try. I am so very pleased that I did. It's not something I've seen in a long time and the approach is wonderful. I love the style; long limbs and snark. Definitely had me at the snark but who can resist cuddly bunnies tearing into eat other like the ebil little creatures that they are? And to think, this comic is just getting started! Hooked, I tell you. HOOKED.

hey! what kind of curse did yall put me under!? i just spent my lunch period, my science class, and my 2 study halls(which are all in a row) writing about caracters for the rp! i wrote bio's for 8 different characters (5 of which were werewolves, so i'll probably have to trash those) totalling in 28 pages. i swear to you that i enterd a state of writing nirvanna! all i could see were my characters as i was writing, and all i could feel was the need to write out the characters! my hand is still sore after that. I think i went insane!
